Q. Why can't I just make copies or scan the article?
A. All Penton Media, Inc. publications are protected under copyright laws. Photocopies are only permissible with proper authorization. It is a direct violation of these laws to do so without permission from Penton Media, Inc. To learn how to receive copyright permission please visit the Copyright page. |

Q. Can I place an article on my website?
A. Yes. We can deliver an E-print of the desired article for you to post on your own website. Usage is granted in 1-year and Unlimited terms. For more ideas on how to use an E-print, visit E-prints on the Products page. |

Q. Can I ship to multiple locations?
A. Yes. You specify the location and quantities you would like to send your product. |

Q. Can I reorder a previous job?
A. Yes. On the Quote page, simply enter your previous job number. Don't remember your job number? Enter in your request in the comments section. |

Q. How soon do I receive my order?
A. Generally 3 weeks from the time the order is confirmed. Upon order confirmation, the article is customized per your specifications, proofed and printed. Once printed, the order is shipped to your requested destination. Please be aware that if your reprint proof is not approved and returned within 2 business days, there may be a delay in the anticipated delivery date. If you need your reprints to meet a specific deadline, follow these steps to help us make it! For an additional charge, orders can be delivered in a shorter timeframe. These orders are sent overnight to your specified destination(s). To avoid incurring Rush charges. Help us meet your deadline needs: Review and approve the electronic proof sent to you promptly. If adding your company information, logo, and/or advertisement to your custom order; send the files when confirming the order to our website : www.pentondigitalads.com. Choose "Penton Reprints" as the publication type. Fax your quote / order confirmation form promptly. Layout and design work is not started on your order until this form is received. |

Q. Will I see my order before it prints?
A. Yes. Within 3 days after signed order confirmation, an electronic proof will be emailed to you for review and approval. |

Q. Can I order and pay via email?
A. Unfortunately, no. You can request a quote through email, our website, or by telephone. To order you must sign and fax back quote and order form. We cannot proceed until we have in hand the signed confirmation. Your signed order form is considered a legal contract for our services once received. Payments types accepted are Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners and American Express) and Company Check. An invoice is sent to the company you specify upon job completion and fulfillment. To begin your order fulfillment, a Purchase Order is not required. |
